El Dorado High School students recently partnered with an East Valley business to raise more than $800 to benefit the Leukemia And Lymphoma Society.
During El Dorado’s ‘Pennies For Patients’ fund drive held recently, students and teachers contributed to assist the charity, the world’s largest health organization dedicated to eradicating blood cancer. A matching donation was contributed to the school’s fundraising effort by Perform Air International, a local business. EDHS students were pleased to be able to contribute to this important cause. El Dorado students next will turn their community service efforts to assist another local charity, the "Feed My Starving Children" program. El Dorado High School is located at 2200 N. Arizona Ave., Ste. 17, Chandler, Arizona 85225. For more information on school events and activities, contact the front office at 480-726-9536.
